What's the difference between the two tiers?
Letter only (£9.99) gets you the first complaint letter - perfect if you just need to put the dealer on notice. The Full pack (£19.95) adds the dashboard, dealer-reply AI analysis, unlimited follow-up letters, and evidence appendix - built for disputes that drag on.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both tiers are one-time payments. No recurring billing, no auto-renew.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with the Letter and the dealer pushes back, you can upgrade to the Full pack for the difference and unlock follow-up letters and analysis on the same complaint.
What's free vs paid?
Building and previewing your case is always free - including the strength score. You only pay when you choose to unlock the actual PDF letter.
Why so much cheaper than the competition?
Similar self-serve services charge £49–£69. Our cost base is much lower because the platform is automated end-to-end - we pass the savings on.
